Local Development Plan Lot 9510 Murat Road, Exmouth

Notice is hereby given that Taylor Burrell Barnett has prepared the above-mentioned Local Development Plan for Lot 9510 Murat Road, Exmouth.

The Western Australian Planning Commission has required, as a condition of conditional Subdivision Approval requiring that the Developer prepare the Local Development Plan to address the following;

  1. Residential design codes variations, density coding, and local roads
  2. Land use restrictions/conditions for residential lots fronting the marina/canal waters
  3. Advice regarding Noise buffering if required (composite lots)
  4. Response to canal revetment, including setbacks and ongoing land holder maintenance
  5. Clarification on retaining walls and fencing
  6. Parking and garage locations

 

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the Local Development Plan have been published in the following manner:

  • Digital documents and plans are available on the Shire of Exmouth website at exmouth.wa.gov.au
  • A hardcopy of the plans and documents are available for inspection at the Shire’s office, Ningaloo Centre, 2 Truscott Crescent.

Submissions on the Local Development Plan may be lodged in writing and should include the name and address of the person making the submission, the property affected, and details of the submission and lodged with the undersigned on or before 4pm Thursday, 4 December 2025.

Submissions can be:

  • e-mailed to info@exmouth.wa.gov.au
  • posted to Shire of Exmouth, PO Box 21, Exmouth WA 6707
  • lodged in person at the Shire administration office, Ningaloo Centre, 2 Truscott Crescent.
