Public Notice: Road Closures Affecting Exmouth Region

Defence will be conducting electrical maintenance within the Shire of Exmouth from 14 to 17 September 2026.
During this period, Murat Road will be closed, restricting public access to Bundegi Beach and the Bundegi Boat ramp. Defence is working with the Shire of Exmouth and coordinating a traffic control management plan to assist with access to the area during this period.

ROAD CLOSURE: Murat Road from 12:00am 14 to 12:00pm 17 September 2026

The road closure is a necessary precautionary measure while electrical maintenance is undertaken. It will remain in place during the aforementioned period to ensure the safety of the local community.
