Paltridge Memorial Swimming Pool

The Paltridge Memorial Swimming Pool includes a six lane 50m pool, toddler pool, diving board, playground, BBQ facilities, lawn and shade.

The pool will be closed on New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day & Boxing Day public holidays

Why is the pool closed on Monday and Tuesday?

Monday and Tuesday are our quietest days of the week, with children’s winter sports taking place these afternoons. We have opened on Sunday to allow further opportunity for everyone to access the pool each week.

What happens to my Pool pass?

All current pool passes, set to expire in May, will be valid through 26 July 2025. New pool pass prices and options will be released in the Council's 25/26 budget.

Is the Pool heated for winter?

No, the pool has not been heated. The team place large covers on the pool each night and removes them each morning to maintain a reasonable temperature; however, please keep in mind that the pool is not heated. Wetsuits may want to be considered for smaller children.

Season passes are not transferable.
Family Season passes only include entry for a maximum of two (2) adults and their dependants listed on the season pass form. (Relatives and family friends are not entitled to enter on the Family Pass)
Children listed on season passes must be dependants of the family for the current season pass they are listed on
Once a child turns 17 years, they are no longer a dependant of their family. They need to purchase their own season pass or pay relevant entry fees
Season passes expire on the last day of the season they are current for
With a significant redevelopment project pending, if this season was to be cut short due to the commencement of
