Learmonth Airport Outbound Passenger Alert

Due to damage from Tropical Cyclone Narelle, Learmonth Airport is operating with reduced screening services. Only essential items (wallets, phones, small personal items) may be taken into the cabin. All other bags will be placed in the aircraft hold. The Check-in Terminal will open on Thursday 30 April 2026, please follow staff directions to the Heliport following check-in and treat all personnel with respect during this temporary process. The Shire of Exmouth has received a Development Application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited:

Lot No: 848 Street: 130 Truscott Crescent Suburb: Exmouth Proposal: Proposed Tourist Development

Details of the proposal are available at www.exmouth.wa.gov.au, alternatively a hardcopy of the plans and documents are available for inspection at the Shire Administration located at the Ningaloo Centre, 2 Truscott Crescent, Exmouth.

Submissions on the proposal may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Exmouth by close of business Wednesday 15th May 2026 and can be sent to the Shire of Exmouth, PO Box 21, Exmouth WA 6707 or emailed to info@exmouth.wa.gov.au, quoting reference number DA28/26.
