Pursuant to section 3.16 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Exmouth, hereby gives public notice of its intention to review the following local laws:
The Shire invites members of the public to make submissions on the above local laws.
Copies of the local laws may be inspected at the Shire Administration Office or Exmouth Public Library at 2 Truscott Crescent Exmouth between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday or are available on the Shire website via the following link Shire of Exmouth Local Laws
Submissions can be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Exmouth, PO Box 21 Exmouth; hand delivered to the Shire Administration Office at 2 Truscott Crescent Exmouth during normal business hours or submitted via email to info@exmouth.wa.gov.au
Submissions are to be received by no later than 4.00pm on 24 June 2026.
