Local residents:
To borrow items from the library or to access one-hour free use of the public computers, you will need to bring ID with proof of your local address to obtain a membership card. This could be a Driver’s Licence, rate notice, rental agreement, car registration, utility bill or PO Box receipt.
*Please bring your library card each time you visit for computer use or borrowing.
Local memberships can loan 6 items at a time.
Visitors from other WA public libraries:
WA residents with a card from their local library are also welcome to join (adult memberships only). Just bring your library card and ID with your permanent residence and we can set you up.
Other WA library membership holders can loan 6 items at a time.
Temporary residents
Seasonal workers/visitors can also join the library with evidence of local employment or accommodation showing a minimum three-month contract (adult memberships only).
Temporary residents can loan 2 items at a time.
Interstate and overseas travellers and WA residents without membership to their local library
Unfortunately, we cannot offer short-term memberships to borrow physical items from the library. However, you can create an online account to access eResources for up to three months. Alternatively, the library often has a selection of ex-stock items available for sale or exchange. Please see staff for details.
