EXERCISE COLT – PILBARA REGIMENT

The Shire of Exmouth advises that the Pilbara Regiment will be
conducting Exercise COLT in the Exmouth region, extending south to
Coral Bay, from 11 July 2026 to 19 July 2026.

Exercise COLT is a routine military training exercise conducted to
prepare personnel for operational duties.

During this period, personnel will primarily operate from the Harold
E. Holt Naval Communication Station.

Residents and visitors may notice increased military vehicle and
personnel movements throughout the township and surrounding
areas during the exercise.

Please do not be alarmed, these are routine military training, we
thank the community for its understanding and cooperation.
