Exmouth Local Planning Strategy and Local Planning Scheme Review

The Shire of Exmouth is preparing a new Local Planning Strategy and Local Planning Scheme.

 

These two documents provide the basis for all future land use planning and development in the Shire and are relevant to all ratepayers; the documents create the blueprint for individual properties and for the management of the environmental areas, commercial activity and community infrastructure, amongst other things.

 

We encourage you to get involved in the consultation when it commences in September 2026, more informaiton to be released regarding the consultation soon.
