The Shire of Exmouth requires the services of a suitably qualified consultant, or team of consultants, to undertake a feasibility and business case assessment for the construction and ongoing operations of a Turtle Rehabilitation Facility within the local government boundary of the Shire of Exmouth, Western Australia.
