Pursuant to Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given of the intention of the Shire of Exmouth to levy differential rates for each rating category and minimum rates for the 2024/25 financial year.

Electors and ratepayers may inspect the statement of objectives and reasons for the differential rates on Council’s website.
Electors and ratepayers are invited to make written submissions on the proposed differential and minimum rates. All submissions are required to be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer with respect to the proposed differential general rates, minimum payments and specified area rate within 21 days of the date of the notice of intent. Submissions must be received by the Shire of Exmouth no later than 4 pm Thursday, 6 June 2024.
