Notice of Annual General Meeting of Electors

In accordance with s5.29 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Exmouth hereby gives public notice of the Annual General Meeting of Electors.
The meeting will be held on Thursday 5 February 2026 at 6:00 pm in the Mandu Function Centre, Ningaloo Centre, 2 Truscott Crescent Exmouth.
The purpose of this meeting is to:
- Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting of Electors meeting held on the 6 February 2025; and
- Receival of the 2024/25 Annual Report.
Shire of Exmouth electors are invited to submit in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, questions relating to the general meeting no later than Wednesday, 4 February 2026 to enable adequate answers to be provided at the meeting.
The Shire of Exmouth 2024/25 Annual Report is available for viewing at the Shire Administration Office, the Exmouth Library and on the Shire’s website www.exmouth.wa.gov.au
