Notice of Annual General Meeting of Electors

In accordance with s5.29 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Exmouth hereby gives public notice of a General Meeting of Electors.
The meeting will be held on Thursday 8 February 2024 at 6:00 pm in the Mandu Mandu Function Centre, Ningaloo Centre, 2 Truscott Crescent Exmouth.
The purpose of this meeting is to:
- Confirm the minutes of the previous General Meeting of Electors meeting held on the 2 February 2023;
- Receival of the 2022/2023 Annual Report; and
- General Business.
Shire of Exmouth electors are invited to submit in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, questions relating to the general meeting no later than Wednesday, 7 February 2024 to enable adequate answers to be provided at the meeting.
The Shire of Exmouth 2022/2023 Annual report is available for viewing at the Shire Administration Office, the Exmouth Library and on the Shire’s website www.exmouth.wa.gov.au
