NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF ELECTORS

The Annual General Meeting of Electors of the Shire of Exmouth will be held at 6:00 pm on Thursday 3 February 2022 in the Mandu Function Centre, Ningaloo Centre, 2 Truscott Crescent Exmouth.

 The purpose of the meeting and Order of Business is:

  1. Confirmation of the minutes of the previous meeting held on 11 February 2021
  2. Receiving of the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2020/2021.
  3. General Business.

Electors are invited to submit in writing to the Chief Executive Officer questions relating to the annual general meeting no later than Wednesday 2 February 2022 to enable adequate answers to be provided at the meeting.
