Terms & Conditions

As a guide, external events need to be:

• Held within the Shire of Exmouth
• Open to the general public
• Appealing to the Town’s local community and visitors to the area
• Submitted by the event organiser or authorised agent
• Appropriate and not offensive, discriminatory, insular or political in nature
• Compliant with local and state laws
• Have all details finalised and confirmed prior to submission (Events with dates to be announced, undetermined locations, etc. cannot be listed.)

Please note:

• Your submission will be reviewed by the Shire of Exmouth before it is published on the website within 48 hours.
• The Shire of Exmouth is not obliged to list events submitted and reserves the right to edit or decline any event.
• Commercially organised events are subject to the Shire of Exmouth’s Fees & Charges and will be invoiced after the submission is reviewed, prior to the publication of events.
• Incomplete forms will not be considered.
