Learmonth Airport Outbound Passenger Alert

Due to damage from Tropical Cyclone Narelle, Learmonth Airport is operating with reduced screening services. Only essential items (wallets, phones, small personal items) may be taken into the cabin. All other bags will be placed in the aircraft hold. The Check-in Terminal will open on Thursday 30 April 2026, please follow staff directions to the Heliport following check-in and treat all personnel with respect during this temporary process. Shire facilities re-open

Shire Facilities are now open following the impact of Tropical Cyclone Narelle, the Spray Park remains closed for further repairs.

Paltridge Memorial Swimming Pool

The Paltridge Memorial Swimming Pool includes a six lane 50m pool, toddler pool, diving board, playground, BBQ facilities, lawn and shade.

The Paltridge Memorial Swimming Pool is open 7 days per week, hours below.

Opening hours are subject to change in the event of maintenance scheduling.

Early morning lap swimming has ended on 15 May 2026, returning in October 2026.
