RFT 03/2024 Sale and Development of Lot 72 Marlin Terrace

Tenders are invited for the purchase and development of 1 Marlin Terrace, Exmouth (Lot 72 on Deposited Plan 56044 being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title 2725 Folio 812).  

A copy of the RFT documentation is available from TenderLink, no other provision of documentation is available.  Submissions must be lodged via TenderLink Portal - portal.tenderlink.com/exmouth

Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify.

Submissions must be lodged via the TenderLink Portal no later than 4pm, Friday 12^th July, 2024.
