Annual General Meeting of Electors
In accordance with Section 5.27 of the Local Government Act 1995, the general meeting of electors is to be held once every financial year to consider the contents of the annual report for the previous year, and consider other general business.
Definition of Elector
An elector is defined in the Local Government Act 1995 means a person who is eligible to be enrolled to vote at elections in the Shire of Exmouth. For the purpose of meetings of electors, the definition of an elector is to include ratepayers.

Public Question Time
If you have a question regarding an item for discussion at the next Ordinary Council Meeting many questions or issues can be solved before the meeting by speaking to the appropriate responsible officer. If you have a large number of questions or questions that are of a detailed or technical nature you are encouraged to write to Council or hand your questions in to the Shire Administration Office at least one hour before the meeting. Alternatively you can fill out the online question form here (Public Question Time) or ask a question during Public Question Time which is held at the beginning of each meeting for a period of 15 minutes.
