Register Your Mobile Food Van | Stall

The Shire of Exmouth is inviting mobile food vendors wishing to trade during the Ningaloo Eclipse (17-24 April 2023) to apply for a temporary food permit.

A fee of $150 will be payable upon submission of the application.


PLEASE NOTE ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE 31 OCTOBER 2022.

Step 1:

Step 2:

Please upload the completed application form and ensure that all supporting documentation as per the checklist (see form) has been submitted.

Step 3:

Once your application is received in full, our officers at the Shire of Exmouth will review it.
The review process will involve:
• Ensuring the application is complete
• Verifying food business registration

Step 4:

The Shire of Exmouth will issue approval within four (4) weeks of receipt of the application - if all information has been provided.
When the approval is issued, you will receive an approval information pack, please keep this with you to refer to for the duration of the event.

Trading locations will be confirmed once all food van applications have been received. This will ensure there is a variety of food types within key event locations.
