NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF ELECTORS
The Annual General meeting of Electors of the Shire of Exmouth will be held at 6:00pm on Tuesday 19 March 2013 in the Council Chambers, 22 Maidstone Crescent Exmouth.
The purpose of the meeting and Order of Business is:
- Confirmation of the minutes of the previous meeting held on 30 January 2012.
- Receiving of the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2011/12.
- General Business
Electors are invited to submit in writing to the Chief Executive Officer questions relating to the annual general meeting no later than 4:00pm Friday 15 March 2013 to enable adequate answers to be provided at the meeting.
A full copy of the Annual Report can be obtained from our website www.exmouth.wa.gov.au or from the Shire Office.
Notice of Special Council Meeting
It is hereby notified for public information that there will be a Special Council Meeting of the Shire of Exmouth at Council Chambers at 3.00pm on Tuesday 19th February 2013 to accept the Annual Auditors Report for 2011/12.
Ordinary Council Meetings
It is hereby notified for public information that Ordinary Meetings of the Exmouth Shire Council are held on the third Thursday of each month commencing at 3:00pm.
Agenda items for the meetings close at 4:00pm on the first Thursday of each month.
